Staff Attendance is a simple yet powerful attendance tracking app designed for small businesses, shops, restaurants, and workshops. Place one shared device at your entrance and let workers clock in and out by tapping their name. No need for each worker to install an app.

KIOSK CLOCK-IN / CLOCK-OUT

Set up a phone or tablet at your shop entrance. Workers tap their name to clock in when they arrive and clock out when they leave. Kiosk mode locks the device to the attendance screen so workers cannot access settings or reports. Protect management features with an owner PIN.

WORKER MANAGEMENT

Add workers with their photo, role, phone number, shift assignment, and pay type. Support for both hourly and monthly pay workers. Mark workers as active or inactive. Search and filter your workforce easily.

SHIFT SCHEDULING

Define custom shifts with start time, end time, break duration, grace period, and working days. Assign shifts to workers. The app automatically detects late arrivals when a worker clocks in after the shift start time plus the grace period.

AUTOMATIC LATE DETECTION

No manual tracking needed. The app compares each clock-in time against the assigned shift schedule and grace period. Late arrivals are flagged automatically so you always know who showed up on time.

OVERTIME CALCULATION

Hours worked beyond the shift end time are tracked as overtime. Configure your overtime multiplier (default 1.5x) to match your business policy. Overtime pay is automatically included in salary calculations.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT

Track sick leave, casual leave, annual leave, and unpaid leave. Workers can submit leave requests. Approve or reject requests and monitor leave balances for each worker.

SALARY CALCULATOR

Generate monthly salary slips based on actual attendance data. The calculator accounts for days worked, days absent, overtime hours, overtime pay, deductions, and net salary. Supports both hourly rate and monthly salary pay types. Mark salaries as paid or unpaid.

REPORTS WITH CHARTS

Visual reports show attendance trends, late arrival patterns, and absence reasons using clear charts and graphs. View daily, weekly, monthly, or custom date range reports. Identify attendance issues at a glance with the top late arrivals chart and absence breakdown by reason.

STATISTICS DASHBOARD

See today's snapshot at a glance: who is present, absent, late, or on leave. View workforce overview with active and inactive worker counts. Track monthly attendance rates, salary costs, and pending leave requests.
