This app is developed for Prasad Group of esteemed employees. Prasad Group customers can use this application using allotted credentials to report complains or issues in any kind of service provided by Prasad Group.

Customers can track the status of registered complaints. Along with that customers can manage their own profile as well. Once a complaint is resolved by our employees, customers can give a rating for that complaint as well.
